Because our pieces are made in limited quantities and reserved specifically for you, all presale orders are final once shipped. Need to change or cancel? Reach out before your ship date and we'll take care of you. If your piece arrives damaged or flawed, email hello@sisterhuestudio.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
